La Sucrerie de la Montagne, conseill\u00e9e par nos amis Jacky et Guillaume, nous a accueilli comme des rois. Un \u00ab&nbsp;petit&nbsp;\u00bb menu nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 servi ce midi l\u00e0. On vous donne les d\u00e9tails : Soupe aux pois du montagnard, pain cro\u00fbt\u00e9 de la paysanne, pommes de terre \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, saucisses de campagne, tourti\u00e8re de la beauceronne, rago\u00fbt de boulettes, jambon au sucre du pays, f\u00e8ves au lard de chantier, omelette souffl\u00e9e de la fermi\u00e8re, oreilles de crisse, ketchup aux fruits et marinades maison, et pour le dessert, des cr\u00eapes avec sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable et tarte au sucre ! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-family: Abel; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\">La visite et les explications sont super int\u00e9ressants, on sait tout maintenant sur le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, d\u2019o\u00f9 vient-il ? Comment est-il fait ? Pourquoi et par qui? Nous sommes incollables sur le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable (petit jeu de mot) !
